1. Order Cancellations Before Shipping

2. Damaged or Defective Items
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will verify the claim and, if approved, issue a replacement. To facilitate the process, please provide photos of the packing box and the damaged product.
• If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 2 business days after verification and receipt of complete details.
3. Returns for Other Reasons
• If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason other than damage or defect, you may return it within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags, warranty cards, tax invoices, and any other attachments that came with your order.
• All refunds for such returns will be issued as store credit or loyalty points with lifetime validity, redeemable on any future purchases from ARICK DECOR.
• Return Shipping Deduction: A flat fee of ₹99 will be deducted from the store credit for returns on orders under ₹1,999. For orders above ₹1,999, a deduction of ₹199 will apply.
4. Exceptions and Exclusions
• Due to the fragile nature of our products and the complexities of reverse logistics, returns and replacements are not accepted for items in the home decor category.
• Personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Sale items: Products purchased during sales are not eligible for return or exchange.
